Be a Part of
the Moment
Work At Lola
At Lola Beans, we’re in the people business. The smiles. The conversations. The familiar faces that come by everyday. The little moments that can turn an ordinary day into a better one. And none of it happens without a great team.
If you’re friendly, energetic, hardworking, and genuinely enjoy making people happy, there might be a spot for you at Lola.
Bring the
Good Energy
We move fast around here. Really fast. But even on our busiest days, we want Lola Beans to feel like a fun place to work and an even better place to visit. That takes people who show up ready to work, support one another, learn, laugh, and give every customer a reason to leave happier than they arrived.
Experience is great. But you don’t have to know everything about coffee on day one. We can teach you that. Your personality matters even more. We’re looking for people with big smiles, positive attitudes, and the kind of energy that makes others feel welcome.
Work Hard.
Have Fun.
At Lola Beans we all work hard. Have Fun, and do it all together. That’s why we believe the best teams are built by people who care about what they do and about the people working beside them.
Our leaders stay involved. Our teams stay active. Everyone contributes. We set high expectations because our customers deserve a great experience and our teammates deserve people they can count on. But we also believe work can be fun, personalities should be allowed to shine, and there should always be room for a little Lola in the day.
Are You Feeling It?
If you like people, bring the energy, and want to be part of a team that works hard and has a good time doing it, we’d love to meet you.
Find an opportunity at a Lola Beans location near you and come see what all the good energy is about.
