How do Lola Beans Rewards work?

Does Lola Beans offer milk alternatives?
Our menu lists almond, coconut and oat milk among the choices for many drinks. Check your drink’s options and ask your Lola team member about availability and ingredients before ordering.
Can I customize my drink at Lola Beans?

Does Lola Beans have a drive-thru?
Yes! Lola Beans is built around the drive-thru experience. Pull up, meet the crew and order your favorite drink without getting out of your car. A team member comes to your car to help you choose and take your order.

Does Lola Beans have inside seating?
Lola Beans is designed for convenience and great drinks on the go! While we don't offer indoor seating, some locations have outdoor seating for you to enjoy. You can place your order through our drive-thru or at our walk-up window!
What is Lola Cola?
Think of your favorite soda, with a Lola Beans twist! Our Lola Colas take classic sodas like Dr Pepper, Sprite, Coca-Cola, and Diet Coke and mix them with delicious flavors, creams, and other add-ins to create something completely unique.
Choose from one of our signature Lola Cola creations or build your own! Whether you love something fruity, creamy, or a little bit of both, we've got a Lola Cola for you!
Do you have caffine free drink options?
Yes! We have plenty of delicious caffeine-free options at Lola Beans! Our lemonade, Sprite, and sparkling water can all be customized with your favorite flavors. Our Tidal Wave Lola Cola and milkshakes are also caffeine-free!
Love our signature energy drinks? We can make any of them without the energy! We also offer decaf coffee, plus steamers (steamed milk) that you can customize with your favorite flavors and sauces.

What is Lotus Energy?

Where does Lola Beans get their coffee beans?
Great coffee starts with great beans! We proudly partner with Mahalo Coffee Roasters, a specialty coffee roaster based in Tennessee that shares our passion for quality, community, and doing things the right way. Mahalo carefully sources high-quality coffee beans from around the world, prioritizing ethical sourcing and meaningful relationships with coffee farmers. They even go beyond Fair Trade pricing to better support the people growing their coffee. With a commitment to freshness, thoughtful roasting, and exceptional flavor, Mahalo helps us deliver a delicious cup of coffee you can feel good about drinking.
Is franchising available for Lola Beans?

Do you do community partnerships or donations?
Yes! We do require the event should be held within 10 miles of one of our locations, and requests must be submitted two weeks in advance. Events and donations should align with the Lola Beans brand and community values. All partnerships are reviewed based on availability, alignment, and team capacity. Do you offer catering services?
